Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using doup (hereinafter referred to as “Service”). Users shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Article 2 (Registration)
By commencing use of the Service, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)
When using the Service, the User shall not engage in the following acts:
- Acts violating laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activities
- Acts likely to interfere with the operation of the Service
- Harassment or defamation of other users
- Acts causing disruption to the Service’s servers or network systems
- Unauthorized access or attempts to gain unauthorized access
- Use of another user’s account
- Acts infringing upon the Service’s intellectual property rights
Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights of Content)
Intellectual property rights pertaining to content posted by users belong to the users. However, the Service may use posted content for the provision, improvement, and promotion of the Service.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
The Service is provided to users “as is.” The Service makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, or any other aspect of the Service.
Article 6 (Changes to Terms of Use)
The Service may change these Terms without prior notice to users. The revised Terms shall take effect upon posting on the Service.
Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
